This vinyl has an elastic backing so can stretch a little bit although I’m telling you not to stretch it or it’ll have a permanent wave. You could interface the back of it to help prevent stretching although our sewist has said she had no problem making her bag without interfacing.  Glitter does NOT come off easily.
