You agree to this terms & Conditions when placing a purchase with us.
If you have a concern or questions you must email
if you facebook message us, we cannot gaurentee a reply because of the high volume of messages we get, as well as your messages may get bumped down and lost and we may not remember what you messaged us about or who needed what. Please wait up to 24 hours for a response.
We ship everywhere except the UK as we are not set up for VAT.
We do not accept returns on items.
We do NOT combine orders. If you wish to edit an order to add we can do that if it hasnt shipped or been packed BUT once you place a second order we will not cancel it to edit the first order. This is due to an issue with paypal holding our funds if we do too many cancellations or refunds no matter what for.
If you want to cancel your order BEFORE it ships or if you do not pay your shipping invoice there will be a %20 restock fee.
If an item arrives damaged or Your order is missing any items, please contact me within 4 days after delivery. If you reach out to us after the 4 day mark we can not do anything for your order. We do not make exceptions for certain customers; everyone is treated equally. We will require a photo of the damages and then can discuss replacement or refund on a case by case basis. If item needs to be exchanged for correct item then we will require you to send back item (we will send you a return label) and once we recieve the item in the condition it was sent then we will ship the correct item or we can refund the item once we recieve our item back.
If you are international and you use a middle company for shipping (ie have your package shipped to another shipping company before shipping to you) we will NOT make exceptions to the 4 day rule to come to us with information on an order error. Once it marks delivered, you have 4 days still. Also we do will not cover damaged items if using a middle shipping company because we cannot verify if it was damages by them or left our shop that way. We discourage you from using these middle companies otherwise you are taking a risk with your orders.
If a package is marked as delivered and is not received please contact your local post office to locate the package. Unfortunately, We are unable to offer a refund if the package is not located. If you choose first class shipping, it is NOT insured, therefore if said package goes missing in transit we cannot resend your order or refund you as it would be a loss to us due to the postal services error. We apologize if that causes an inconvenience. Please ship priority or UPS ground if you want insurance on your package.
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address We will refund you the purchase price of the items. However, We will not refund shipping charges. We ship to the exact address given. We will not reship an order.
Shipping and processing times are 2-3 business days (our business days listed below) for regular retail, and 5-10 business days for New retail/restock and new release retails.
Do NOT combine retail and preorder items together and check out. Items will be refunded or order cancelled.
If an order weighs over a certain amount, at check out it will state "Invoincing Shipping separately." This is to prevent the site from over or undercharging you, to give you a precise cost of shipping. So please pay attention to that at check out and check your email for the additional invoice.
For preorder the turn around time is 8-12weeks from the close of the preorder. If there are any delays we will EMAIL you and also updates are located in our facebook group under the announcements. By purchasing from us you also agree that there may be some delays due to shipping from manufacterers to us, as well as unforseen flaws that may be due to the supplier (which we must wait for them to ship replacements to us before we are able to fulfill your order), you also agree to wait an additional up to 2 weeks for the order to come in and then ship to you if replacements are needed. If it takes longer than that then we will offer a refund. Thank you for being understanding.
Pay shipping invoices within 3 days of invoicing or we will cancel the order(s).

Shipping overages are paid back with store credit. Please make sure you have an account when placing an order. All Store Credit resets at the end of the year on 12/31. Please make sure you use it by then.
Please contact us with concerns if you have not received a shipping notification after the 7th business day. Please see list of holidays that we are closed. We will continue to ship after the holiday time frame. We will no longer combine orders (Except for international orders) and refund overages due to paypal freezing funds for too many refunds. See above for shipping overages. Thanks for understanding.
Important: it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is provided to ensure timely and appropriate delivery.
Once a package is shipped, if there are any delay issues, damaged packages, or lost/stolen packages with shipping please contact USPS or UPS.
