We do not accept returns on items.

If an item arrives damaged or Your order is missing any items, please contact me within 4 days. We will require a photo of the damages and then can discuss replacement or refund on a case by case basis.

If a package is marked as delivered and is not received please contact your local post office to locate the package.  Unfortunately, We are unable to offer a refund if the package is not located.

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address We will refund you the purchase price of the items. However, We will not refund shipping charges. We ship to the exact address given. We will not reship an order.
